The Petitioner has challenged the said appointment by filing Original Application No. 663 of 2026 before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, at Aurangabad.
2. Admittedly, the appointment of Respondent No.3 is made on the basis of the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, which is confirmed by the High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The Petitioner was party to the earlier round of litigation. 2026:BHC-AUG:48178-DB

3. In this view of the matter, the Tribunal has rightly held that it will not be just and proper to consider the prayer of the Applicant / Petitioner for cancellation of appointment of Respondent No.3 on the post of Police Patil of village Maldari, Taluka – Bhokar, District – Nanded and to appoint the Petitioner on the said post.
4. The Tribunal is justified in dismissing the Original Application filed by the Petitioner. In our view, the Petitioner is abusing the process of law. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
