Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Katkamsandi (Hazaribag) P.S. Case No.129 of 2025, registered for the offence(s) under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 192, 115 (2), 126 (2), 118 (2), 109, 125, 303 (2), 76, 352, 351 (2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the case is pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribag or its successour court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between both the parties and for that altercation took place and that the injury is said to be simple in nature. Further, the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para-14 of the instant Petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there against them. 5. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that the allegation of raising modesty is against one co-accused, Kabirual Ansari and he is not the petitioner in the instant petition and so far others are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegations, I am inclined to provide privilege of anticipatory bail. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall 2026:JHHC:18492 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribag or its successour court, in connection with Katkamsandi (Hazaribag) P.S.
