The jurisdictional Police Station has issued an endorsement indicating that the complaint submitted by the petitioner is cryptic in nature and does not disclose the necessary particulars, more particularly the details of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14980 WP No. 8142 of 2026 alleged videos stated to have been circulated against the Swamiji. Having examined the records placed before this Court, this Court is of the view that no case is made out for issuance of a direction at this stage. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner furnishes the relevant videos and other necessary particulars in support of the allegations made in the complaint, the jurisdictional Police Station shall consider the same and take action in accordance with law.
