The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents- MCD and STF to consider and decide the petitioner’s complaints/representations dated 2nd July, 2026 and 3rd July, 2026. 2. It is an admitted position that the petitioner is in a civil dispute with his son, respondent no.4, with regard to the subject property, i.e. H. No. 8/4, Sewa Nagar, Tyag Raj Nagar, Near Safdarjung Bus Terminal, New Delhi- 110003 and the Trial Court has passed a decree against the petitioner in the This is a digitally signed order.
