With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in the following terms: (i). Both the parties agree that the parking ‘T1’ as demarcated in the map annexed with the sale deed dated 20.05.2016, will be exclusively used by the respondent ad- measuring 15’ X 8’. (ii). The entry for this parking is from eastern side and will be exclusively used by the respondent. [2026:RJ-JP:2764] (2 of 2) [CW-8270/2025] (iii). The petitioner undertakes that they will not create any hindrance in the peaceful possession of the parking as demarcated in the map annexed with the sale deed ad-measuring 15’ X 8’. (iv). They also further undertake that they will not interfere for the purpose of entry from the eastern side which is utilized by the respondent. (v). The respondent will have no further claim beyond this right, because it has not been pleaded by him in the suit. (vi). It is also made clear that the petitioners will not create any hindrance either in the parking area or the approach area of the parking area of the respondent. 2. With the above observations, the present civil writ petition is disposed of. 3. All pending application(s) shall stand disposed of. 4.
