Vellode Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District based ion the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2026. 2. The learned counsel representing the petitioner submitted that the properties in question are joint family properties, and that an oral partition took place between the petitioner's father and his brother. The learned counsel further submitted that during the UDR process, the patta for the property was mistakenly transferred to the 5th respondent, who is the petitioner's father's brother. It was submitted that the 5th respondent had already been allocated his share of the property as per the oral partition and has been separately enjoying his portion. The petitioner now seeks to rectify this error caused by the Revenue Authorities during the UDR proceedings by issuing a separate patta and subdividing the property. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate representing respondents 1 to 4. 4.
