The petition is allowed to be withdraw, with the observation that the petitioner may approach the Authorities by way of a fresh representation on the issues raised in this petition. If any such representation is filed within a period of period of two weeks from today, the same be decided in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks after the receipt thereof.
