1. Heard Mr. Hemant Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents. 2. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to provide necessary information as sort for by the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 28.06.2023. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner. 3. At the outset, learned State counsel submitted that though earlier the closure report was prepared on 06.08.2016, however, the case has been reopened for investigation and the investigating officer minutely examined the Merg report, the PM report, the FIR, and the statement of the witnesses. Upon investigation, the death of deceased Rishikesh was found to be accidental and no foul play was found regarding his death. Investigation was also carried out considering the allegations by the mother of the deceased, the petitioner herein, but the death was found to be only accidental and no allegation of the petitioner was found to be correct and upon completion of the investigation, the investigating officer prepared a closure report as no offence was found to be committed. The closure report was submitted before the learned CJM, Durg District Durg (C.G) on 12.02.2026. 4.
