CMP(M) No. 1210 of 2026 Heard. In light of the averments made in the application, the prayer for condonation of delay in filing the review petition is allowed. Review petition be registered. Review Petition No._______of 2026. 2. It be registered. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she had requested that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities by way of a representation. She 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 submits that though in terms of the order passed by the court, the petitioner was allowed to withdraw this petition, but inadvertently the prayer for liberty to file representation was not incorporated in the order. She submits that on this count, the petitioner is seeking review of the order. 4. The prayer made in the review petition has not been opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the review petitioner, this court is of the considered view that there appears to be an error on the face of the record, because the complete prayer made on behalf of the petitioner was not incorporated in the order, this petition is allowed. Order dated 2105.2026 is reviewed and CWP No. 2876 of 2025 is ordered to be restored to its original number. CWP No. 2876 of 2025. 6. On the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate representation to the respondents on the issues raised in this petition, and if any such representation is filed, the same be decided within 12 weeks from the date of receipt thereof.
