Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 27.07.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 10.03.2026, passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Ele.), Chamba, Distt. Chamba, H.P., which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 10.03.2026, reveals that the petitioners have been granted the higher pay scale after completion of two years of regular service i.e. Rs. 37,600/- level-8, Cell-9, subject to the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma case.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.01.2026, passed by this Court in CWP No.21033 of 2025, titled, Sushant Gurung & another vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 29 th July
