Mondal. …for the petitioner Mr. Sourav Mitra. …for WBCSSC 1. The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record. 2. In spite of service, the School and State Authority are not represented. 3. The facts of the case are rather peculiar. The petitioner is a teacher in a school since 2022, which has no student, no teacher, no staff and no managing committee. 4. The application for transfer made sometime in the year 2025 is pending before the respondent no. 5 and has not been forwarded to the next concerned authority. The petitioner being a qualified person, it would be appropriate to avail of his service at a place where it could be of use. However, it appears that the application for transfer has been made directly to the respondent no. 5, instead of respondent no. 7 who is the authority managing the affairs of the school, in the absence of a managing committee. 2 5. I direct the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondent no. 7 for seeking such transfer. The respondent no. 7 will immediately forward the said application along with the requisite NOC and other documents of the petitioner to the respondent no. 5 by May 30, 2026. Respondent no. 5 will consider the same and forward such application along with requisite document to the Commission by June 15, 2026. 6. With these aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.
