The appeal is filed to set aside the order dated 04.07.2019 passed by the Court of II Additional City Civil Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-17) on IA No.1 in O.S.No.4909/2018. 3. The respondent No.1 was the plaintiff before the Trial Court and she has filed an application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of Code of Civil Procedure for grant of an injunction. The Trial Court had granted the temporary injunction, as against which, defendant Nos.5 and 6 have preferred the appeal. 4. Counsel for the appellants submits that the appeal may be disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. 5. Submission is noted. 6. As the suit is filed in 2018 and it is almost pending for eight years, hence, a gentle request is made to the Trial - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11019 MFA No. 8218 of 2019 Court to dispose of the suit within an outer limit of one year from receipt of certified copy of the order and without getting influenced by the observation and the findings recorded in the impugned order. 7.
