1. The petitioners have preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.173/2025 registered at Police Station Halena, District Bharatpur for offences under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 333 and 352 of BNS, 2023.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There are omnibus allegations against the present petitioners. No specific act has been attributed to the present petitioners, specific acts have been attributed only to Luv Kumar and Deepak. However, neither Luv Kumar nor Deepak have been made accused in this
[2026:RJ-JP:10651] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-3919/2026] matter. Co-accued-Ramkunwar and Narendra have been enlarged on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 26.02.2026. The petitioners, Lakhmi and Jagveer Singh @ Jagdish, are behind bars since 29.12.2025, with two criminal antecedents each against petitioners Lakhmi and Jagveer Singh @ Jagdish. Charge-sheet has been filed. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, accordingly, the bail application deserves to be allowed.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposes the bail application.
5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.

Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Lakhmi S/o Kunjiram and Jagveer Singh @ Jagdish S/o Naharsingh, be released on bail provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
