Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ and direct the respondent authorities to correct the seniority list by counting the service of the petitioner from the initial date of appointment and further direct the respondent authority to prepare the fresh seniority list, in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ and direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 21.01.2026 of the petitioner within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts 3 and circumstances of the case.” 2. After arguing for sometime, counsel for petitioner submits that as petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent no. 3 and 4 on 18.01.2026 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 and 4 to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 3 and 4 to consider and take decision on pending representation accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5.
