Learned counsel for the review petitioner would submit that respondent No.1/ writ petitioner is widow daughter-in-law of the deceased employee and therefore, the proposition of law laid down in the matter of Smt. Asha Pandey vs. CIL and Ors. passed in WP(S) No. 4994 of 2015 would not attract. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that as per clause 9.3.3 of National Coal Wage Agreement-VI (NCWA-6) dated 1.7.1996, a widow daughter-in-law is also entitled to claim dependent employment. 3. Heard counsel for the parties and perused clause 9.3.3 of NCWA-6. 4. A perusal of above-stated clause would make it clear that a widow daughter-in-law would be entitled to claim dependent employment, therefore, the contention made by counsel for review petitioner appears to be misconceived. 5.
