The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mango P.S. Case No.310 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 308(2), 308(4), 351(2), 351(3) and 79 read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and thereafter Section 308(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 was added pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the only allegation is made against the petitioner that the petitioner has recorded the video and forced the lady to laugh. On this ground, he 2026:JHHC:18292 --2-- A.B.A. No. 3263 of 2026 submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Informant through V.C. opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are serious against the petitioner and the lady was forced to vacate the house and her entire belongings were taken by the petitioner. 5. It has come in the order of learned Sessions Judge that in paragraph Nos.6, 7, 8 and 9 the witnesses have supported the prosecution case. There is specific allegation against the accused persons of forcing the informant for getting transfer of flat and on the point of pistol the signature has been taken and even the household articles have been taken by the accused persons. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
