1. Learned counsel for the State is present.
2. The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of BGR No. 5000/2023 arising out of Maheshtala Police Station Case No. 356/2023 dated 05.07.2023 under Sections 498A/406/307/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.
3. It appears that the proceedings before the trial court is pending since 2023.
4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction that appellate court being the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas shall make all endeavours to dispose of the said BGR case expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.
5. The revisional application stands disposed of.
