The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and that the investigating agency will be filing the final report within a short span of time. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and on recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court relaxes the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.19099 of 2025 in 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP(MD) No.6070 of 2026 Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17881 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025. The Investigation Officer is directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2025 and to file the final report on or before 12.06.2026. 5.Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.
