The Trial court was pleased to decree the suit by its order dated 7/2/2026. In view of this, the above matter does not survive for consideration. Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above case, with a liberty to approach this Hon'ble court, in the event, the OS no.1192/2015, is restored to the original status, in the interest of justice and equity.” The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
