Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation by placing on record the Written Instructions of the Superintending Engineer, SRBC Circle-I, Nandyal, vide Lr.No.SE/SRBC1/NDL/TB/ATO/GBR, dated 23.02.2026, submitted that proceeding awarding tender as alleged by the petitioner has not yet been issued to respondent nos. 5 and 6 and tender committee report is awaited. 3. The above written instructions would clearly indicate that cause for filing this writ petition has not yet been arisen and therefore, the writ petition is premature and the same deserves dismissal. In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed.
