1. This is an o6ce reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 01.04.2025 passed in MCRC No. 2547 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Amit Sharma, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months, if there was no legal impediment.
3. Earlier on one occasion also this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 01.04.2025.

2 (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 25.02.2026 has requested for grant of three months time for concluding the trial.
5. It transpires from the perusal of the PUD that the case is >xed for the evidence of Prosecution Witnesses. However, summons as well as bailable warrants issued against the prosecution witnesses have not been served, due to which their presence could not be secured before the Court concerned. Therefore, in order to secure the attendance of the prosecution witnesses and to proceed further with the trial, it is prayed that the present request be kindly allowed and an additional period of 03 months be granted for disposal of the case.
6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today.
7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o4 with the aforesaid direction.
8. Registry is directed to send a certi>ed copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha)
