During the course of argument, the controversy boils down to the issue regarding the decision to be taken by the respondent-Collector on the applications preferred by the petitioners for allotment of the land. The contention made reveals that the said applications are still not decided. 3. Be that as it may, since the call is not taken, we direct that present petition be treated as representation and same shall be decided in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioners. 4. The petitioners to appear before the Collector on 16/10/2026 at 11:00 a.m. 5. The respondent No.2 is directed to decide the applications filed by the petitioners under Maharashtra Land 2026:BHC-NAG:13687-DB 2 155.wp.8366.2026.odt Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971, in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 7.
