By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following relief: “a) Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, more particularly in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to update/correct the online e-District portal of the Government of NCT of Delhi by incorporating/reflection the Barjubi/Barujubi caste/community in the list of recognized OBC communities for the purpose of enabling the Petitioner to apply for issuance of OBC Certificate in the prescribed format applicable for Central Government employment; (Annexure P-1)” 2. After hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it This is a digitally signed order.
