By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: “a) Pass appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent No. 1 to Re-call / withdraw the letter dated 28.07.2026 and restore the name of This is a digitally signed order. Issue notice. Mr. Chandra Prakash, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1. Mr. Dhaval Mehrotra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 3. Mr. Raghvendra Upadhyay, learned panel counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 4. 5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the impugned letter dated 28.07.2026. 6. This Court notes that the petitioner herein was granted an opportunity of presenting his case and tendering his explanation, which was duly tendered. However, the impugned letter does not disclose the reasons for his removal from the list of Panel Advocates. 7. In these circumstances, the respondents are directed to grant the petitioner a fresh opportunity of hearing and thereafter pass a fresh order, dealing with the petitioner’s objections to his removal from the said list, by recording reasons therefor, within a period of three months from today. 8. It is clarified that this order shall not be construed as an expression of any opinion by this Court on the merits of the matter, including the question of removal of the petitioner from the list of Panel Advocates of the concerned Bank. The said issue shall be considered and decided independently by the respondents in accordance with rules/law, albeit by recording reasons. 9.
