2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.31653 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Section 47(a) of Excise Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that 1400 kg of jawa mahuwa and 35 liters of prepared jawa mahuwa wine was recovered from the forest and the petitioner has nothing to do with the said recovery. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has come only on secret information. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer

and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the secret information.
5. Considering that the name of the person, who has taken the name of the petitioner, is not disclosed in the FIR and further the recovery of the said jawa mahuwa has been made from the forest, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Complaint Case No.31653 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
