Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions, made a statement that the acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation to the tune of Rs. 6,69,600/-, on 09/10/2026. The Section Officer (Nazir Section) has made an endorsement regarding the deposit of the said amount under C.C.D.R. No. R-03985 on 09/10/2026. 4. Since the appeal has already been decided on 17/12/2025 and the applicants/claimants have been held entitled to receive the enhanced amount of compensation, they are permitted to 2 908caf2982.2026.odt withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body, along with accrued interest thereon, if any. 5.
