M/s Krishna Hardware through its Proprietor Sh. Shyam Dhawan.” 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, in all fairness, submits that the underlying Eviction Petition, in which the Impugned Order came to be passed, has since been dismissed for non- prosecution. He submits that appropriate steps are being taken for restoration of the said proceedings. 3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel submits that the present Petition is not being pressed. 4.
