Shukla, A.P.P. 02/ 23.06.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 44 of 2026, registered under sections 132, 352, 324(3), 3(5) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the mutation of land the petitioner and one Baleshwar Yadav were called in the office of Circle Officer, Birni whereby the said Baleshwar Yadav who was from other side has made hooliganism and the petitioner is also victim and petitioner has received injury due to hooliganism made by Baleshwar Yadav and others. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of making hooliganism in the office of Circle Officer. 5. In the F.I.R, it is stated that hooliganism was made by one Baleshwar Yadav who was from other side. The petitioner has also received injury due to hooliganism made by Baleshwar Yadav. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am ( 2026:JHHC:18271 ) inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Birni P.S.
