THIS PEITTION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER The cheque amount involved is Rs.3,00,000/-. The trial Court imposed a fine of Rs.3,10,000/-. The appeal filed by the accused came to be dismissed on 01.03.2023. 2. During the pendency of the proceedings, a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner, which has been withdrawn by the respondent. 3. Both parties are present and have filed a joint memo. The parties agreed to resolve the dispute for a sum of 3 Rs.2,80,000/- towards full and final settlement. Out of the said amount, Rs.1,50,000/- has already been paid. The balance amount payable is Rs.1,30,000/-. The petitioner seeks time till the end of July 2026 to pay the said amount in monthly instalments. 4. The respondnet, who is present, agrees to the settlement and consents to grant instalment facility to the petitioner for payment of the balance amount of Rs.1,30,000/- till July 2026. 5. In view of the settlement, the following order is passed: i. Revision petition stands disposed of in view of the settlement arrived between the parties. ii. The fine imposed by the trial Court is modified to Rs.2,80,000/-. iii. The respondent shall pay the balance amount in monthly instalments on or 4 before the 10th of every month and before July 2026. iv.
