Learned counsel for State submits that under the rationalization policy, State Govt. has formulated a State Level Committee which is headed by DPI (Directorate of Public Instructions) for redressal of grievances of teachers who are to be transferred under the Rationalization Policy but from the documents enclosed along with this writ petition as also the pleadings made, it is reflecting that petitioner has not submitted any application/representation/appeal before the State Level Committee. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of submission made by learned counsel for respondent- State he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file representation/appeal before the State Level Committee, however, direction be issued to State Level Committee to consider and take decision on representation/appeal to be submitted by petitioner within specified time frame. 3. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit an appeal/representation before the State Level Committee headed by DPI and in the event petitioner submits such an appeal/representation, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on representation/appeal to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal/representation.
