1. Petitioner, who is facing prosecution in a complaint filed under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, seeks its expeditious disposal.
2. After having gone through various orders passed by learned Trial Court and after hearing learned counsel for petitioner, this Court does not find any compelling reason to give any such direction.
3. Petition is accordingly disposed of, albeit, liberty is granted to petitioner herein to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court so that the complainant, whose cross-examination is yet not over, is cross-examined without any further delay.
4. Needless to say, learned Trial Court would ensure that no unnecessary adjournment is granted to either of the parties.
5. Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
