2. This miscellaneous application has been filed for recalling of the
order dated 25.02.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.2317/2019 after having gone through the investigation report and noticing the fact of submission of charge-sheet. A criminal Court becomes functus officio after passing of any order and only arithmatic or clertical errors can be rectified. In the guise of the term
"recalling", essentially the petitioner is seeking the reconsideration and review of the order above, which is not permissible.
3. In view of the above, the instant criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed.
