Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant seniority to the petitioner in the post of Assistant Grade – II with effect from 01.04.2020, at par with respondent no. 4 to 8 with all consequential financial benefits &8 with all consequential financial benefits & to amend the place of posting to the vacant post of Assistant Grade-II in the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bilaspur, instead of the Regional Health and Family Welfare Training Center, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation filed by the petitioner for grant of promotion with effect from the date juniors to the petitioner were granted promotion in the post of Assistant Grade II/ Computer. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records from the office of the respondents in respect of petitioner’s claim & direct the respondents to grant all consequential benefits including notional fixation of pay and arrears. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit in the 3 / 3 facts and circumstances of the case in favor of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while working on the post of Assistant Grade – III got promoted on the post of Assistant Grade – II, however, not from the date when his juniors got promoted. Petitioner has submitted representation before respondent no. 3 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, at the earliest, within stipulated time period. He further submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation and in turn the representation submitted may also be considered and decided. 3. Learned counsel for respondent -State submits do not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation and in the event petitioner submits such representation, it shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority along with the pending representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
