1. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of two applications under Order XXII Rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by both, the petitioners as well as the opposite party in Ejectment Suit No. 40 of 2013 pending before the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sealdah.
2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.
3. It is noticed that the first of the said two applications was filed on April 03, 2025 by the Opposite Party and the subsequent application by the petitioners on January 29, 2026.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material- on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to hear out and dispose of both the said applications as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit.
5. C.O. 788 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
