The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is a practicing advocate who had frequented to the second respondent police station on 11-4-2026 at about 2.00 p.m. on which date he was manhandled by the 2nd respondent police and hence he had sent a representation on 12.04.2026, seeking to preserve the CCTV footage from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on 11-4-2026 in the Thiruvattar police station. The same is not considered, hence the petition is filed. 3.
