This appeal is directed against the order dated 28.01.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Giridih in B.P. No. 33 of 2026, arising out of Gandey P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that several persons including the present appellant were apprehended from a house and various incriminating articles for manufacturing firearms were recovered. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 21.11.2025 and that charge has been framed and the appellant does not have any criminal antecedent but regard being had to the recovery of incriminating articles which directly indicates the appellant of being involved in manufacturing of illegal firearms, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 28.01.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge- V, Giridih in B.P.
