The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No.56 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased, who has committed suicide. He further submits that initially the case has been registered under Sections 103(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, however, charge-sheet has been submitted against two persons under Section 108 read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the family members. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Informant jointly opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there against all the accused persons of instigating the deceased to take such step. On this ground, they submit that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the petitioners are said to be in-laws of the deceased and initially the FIR was registered under Sections 103(1) 2026:JHHC:18317 --3-- A.B.A. No. 3267 of 2026 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, however, charge-sheet has been submitted against two persons under Section 108 read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and in the FIR there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Giridih (T) P.S.
