This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. 2023 & Section 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of I.T. Act.

Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.

Learned Spl.P.P opposes the prayer for bail.

This is a second attempt for regular bail by the petitioner. There is a specific allegation in case diary that this petitioner along with others is committing cyber fraud by using mobile phones. The SIM Cards were obtained on the basis of forged documents. The mobile phones were used to call several persons for committing cheating. Further, two online complaints of cyber fraud were registered in connection with seized Mobile No.9609267055 from the petitioner.

Considering the fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.97/2025, Cyber Crime Case No. 121/2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar, stands rejected.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.

The trial should be concluded within six months.
