The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chira Chas P.S. Case No. 15 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 221, 223, 174, 61(2), 132, 351(2), 352, 115(2), 117(2), 126(2) and 315 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 130, 135 of Representation of People Act, 1950, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case alleging therein that they have committed hooliganism in the Municipal Corporation Election of Chas (Bokaro). She next submits that petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 are staffs of a school and petitioner No. 2 is a handicap person and runs his own photography business and petitioner No. 3 has also his own business of sliding windows. She further submits that even the petitioners are not named in the FIR. She then submits that the petitioners is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-14 of the petition.

Learned A.P.P appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of committing hooliganism in the Municipal Corporation Election of Chas (Bokaro).

Considering that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and in para-14 of the petition, it has been disclosed that the petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 are staffs of a school and petitioner No. 2 is a handicap person and runs his own photography business and petitioner No. 3 has also his own business of sliding window and further the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-14 of the petition and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby
directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Chira Chas P.S. Case No. 15 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
