HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8004 WP No. 15038 of 2025
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record.
3. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, it is an undisputed fact as borne out from the material on record that the applications I.A. Nos.2 and 3 filed by the petitioner-plaintiff for temporary injunction are still pending consideration before the Trial Court and the same have not been disposed of even till today.
4. Under these circumstances without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the Trial Court to prepone/advance the suit from 12.03.2026 to 18.02.2026 with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the applications, I.A.Nos.2 and 3, within a period of one month from that day.
5. In the result, I pass the following:
ORDER (i) The petition is hereby disposed of. (ii) The Trial Court is directed to prepone/advance the suit from 12.03.2026 to 18.02.2026.
