Chhaba, AAG HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANUROOP SINGHI Order 31/01/2026 Learned counsel, Mr. B.M. Sharma, at the outset, very fairly submits that as the prayer made in the writ petition was to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue with the distribution of Mid-Day Meal in the year 2012, by efflux of time, nothing further survives in the matter. Taking note of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. (ANUROOP SINGHI),J JAYANT KUMAR /8-9
