JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23523 WP No. 33103 of 2025 ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks for the following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the representation dated 20.09.2025 submitted by the Petitioner(Annexure-H) and transfer the Petitioner to any branch of the 1st Respondent in Hyderabad Zone, in terms of the transfer policy dated 19.04.2025 (Annexure-M) bearing No.AX1/ST/HRM/BM/Circ_10/2025-26 to meet the ends of justice;. b) Grant such other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including the cost, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent No.4 and perused the material on record. Though respondent Nos.1 to 3 are served with notice, they have chosen to remain absent and unrepresented. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representation dated 20.09.2025 at Annexure-H submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Per contra, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representation dated 20.09.2025 at Annexure-H and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision in accordance with law bearing in mind letter dated 04.08.2025 at Annexure-G, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
