Civil Writ Petition No.7351/2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical error, the word “Bundi” has been typed in place of “Baran” in Para 4 while in Para 6, the word “appeal” has been typed in place of “application”. The word “Baran” be read in place of “Bundi” in Para 4 and the word “application” be read in place of “appeal” in Para 6 of the order dated 16.04.2025 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7351/2023. 5. With the aforesaid limited modification, the order dated 16.04.2025 passed by this Court stands modified. 6.
