It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from 100% physical disability qua his vision, however, while giving him posting on the post of Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, the guidelines issued by the Joint Secretary, Education Department on 27.01.2025 were ignored and the petitioner was not given posting near to his home town. 2. Although it is well with the domain of the State Government to post any of its employees as per administrative exigencies and requirement and this Court while exercising writ jurisdiction cannot direct for posting a person at a particular place. 3. Be that as it may, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to submit a representation along [2026:RJ-JP:6851] (2 of 2) [CW-6460/2025] with guidelines dated 27.01.2025, which shall be considered and decided by the Director, Secondary Education Rajasthan, Bikaner, by speaking and reasoned order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order. 4.
