The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22.06.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6848/2024 (GM-RES-PIL). 2. In terms of the said order, the complainant was granted liberty to make a representation and the competent authority was directed to consider the same and take an appropriate decision in a time bound manner. It is stated that the complainant had made a representation which was disposed of by an endorsement dated 16.02.2026. 3. The accused have filed their respective affidavits of compliance which indicate that the representation of the complainant has been considered. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10858-DB CCC No. 144 of 2025 4. The learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that although some of the grievances as flagged have been addressed, a number of grievances still persist. 5. The scope of the present petition is limited. Since the directions were confined to considering the complainant's representation and an endorsement has been issued, we are unable to accept that any proceedings for willful disobedience of the order in question are required to be initiated. 6. The complaint is, accordingly, closed. 7. We, however, clarify that this would not preclude the complainant from availing of his remedies, if any, in respect of his grievances in accordance with law.
