This application is directed against the order dated 12.05.2026 passed in Criminal (Juvenile Bail) Appeal No. 28 of 2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum Children Court, Deoghar whereby and whereunder the order dated 12.05.2026 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate (Juvenile Justice Board), Deoghar in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 45 of 2026 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been affirmed. 3. It has been alleged that a vehicle was intercepted by the Police and the petitioner and one Amit Kumar Sah were apprehended. On a search of the vehicle, 13.499 Kg of Ganja was recovered and on a search of the house of Amit Kumar Sah, 20 Kg of Ganja was recovered. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his presence in the car with Amit Kumar Sah was on account of the fact that he happens to be the brother-in-law of Amit Kumar Sah. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in Remand Home since 02.04.2026. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is a student of Class-XI and prolonged incarceration may ruin his career. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. The petitioner was found from inside the car from where 13.499 Kg of Ganja was recovered and 20 kg of Ganja was recovered from the house of Amit Kumar Sah, who is said to be the brother-in-law of the petitioner. It would, therefore, appear that from the joint possession of the petitioner and ( 2026:JHHC:18274 ) 2 Amit Kumar Sah, a commercial quantity of Ganja was recovered and considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 12.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum Children Court, Deoghar in Criminal (Juvenile Bail) Appeal No. 28 of 2026 and consequently, this Revision Application stands dismissed at this stage.
