In the considered opinion of this Court, disputed questions of fact will not arise for consideration in such petition.The contempt petition is, therefore, not entertained. 3. The petitioner is granted liberty to move appropriate application under Order 39 Rule 2A and/or Order 39 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure in relation to the subject matter of the present contempt petition.
