This Court had directed the respondents to comply with the judgment passed by this Court on 03.03.2026. Today, the learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record the Office Order dated 22.05.2026, whereby the representation filed by the present petitioner has been rejected. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file appropriate proceedings in the competent Court of law. Permission granted. 4.
