Mr. Punit Ruparel, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that application for grant of compassionate appointment has been rejected the District Education Department, Balod, District Balod, Chhattisgarh/respondent No.4 herein by recording perverse finding, therefore, the instant writ petition may be allowed. 3. Mr. Sharad Mishra, learned State counsel, would oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submit that one family member of the deceased is already in the Government job and as per the policy of the State Government dated 29.08.2016, petitioner is not entitled for the compassionate appointment. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their rival submissions made herein-above and perused the records minutely. 5. The Competent Authority has clearly recorded a finding that since one family member of the deceased namely Shahanshah Khan Kuraisi, who is the elder brother of the petitioner herein, is already in the Government job, the petitioner is not entitled for compassionate appointment as per the State Government Policy dated 29.08.2016. In my 3 considered opinion, the said finding recorded by the Authority is correct finding of fact which is neither perverse nor contrary to the records. 6.
