With the consent of both the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in the following terms: (i) The order dated 07.11.2024 is quashed and set aside. [2026:RJ-JP:2461] (3 of 3) [CW-6959/2025] (ii) The learned trial Court is directed to impound the document dated 23.09.1992, which has already been exhibited as Exb-5, subject to the objection regarding the sufficiency of stamp duty as well as registration. (iii) After impounding the same and on payment of the requisite stamp duty by the plaintiff-petitioner, the same may be permitted to be read in evidence. (iv) However, so far as the objection with regard to the question of registration is concerned, it will be open to the learned trial Court to decide the objection at the final stage of hearing. (v) It is also agreed between the parties that since already there is an order for early disposal of the suit i.e to decide the suit within a period of two years, both the parties consent that they will not seek any unnecessary adjournment from the Court. 2.
